Cate has been climbing since 2015, and started routesetting just after that. She's in love with climbing movement, and wants to pass that excitement along to everyone she works with.

Cate has coached all levels of climbers, from adult beginners and recreational indoor climbers, through Nationals athletes and outdoor climbers.

She is a USAC L2 Coach, AMGA CWI, USAC L2 Routesetter, and Director of Climbing Programs at Bend Endurance Academy.
